Steve Navarro, AIF®
Founder & Managing Member
Steve Navarro originated from Danvers, Massachusetts, and now resides in Salem with his beautiful wife Cindi. Danvers holds a special place in Steve’s heart because it is where Steve and Cindi raised their three children; so deciding where to open his own practice and continuing his career was not a difficult decision to make. They now enjoy spending time with their three children and five grandchildren.
Steve enjoys taking advantage of the nature that New England has to offer, he can often be found fly fishing all throughout New England, kayaking down the Ipswich river, or going for a walk with his dog Theo (pictured) down nature trails. When the weather gets cold Navarro and his family enjoy heading up to the mountains for a family ski weekend getaway.
Navarro graduated with Honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1978.
Steve is an experienced financial manager and has been in the financial services industry for 27 years, assisting a wide variety of clientele. Steve is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®and is trained in managing wealth for individual clients. His objective is to put his clients first and to help them reach their individual goals.

Jason Navarro, ChFC®, CRPS®, AIF®, RFC
Jason Navarro resides in Danvers with his wife Mandy and his two children. He loves spending time helping his children excel in school and in sports. His passion for sports stems from when he attended Bentley University and played on the Varsity Lacrosse team. When not at work Jason enjoys boating in the summer and skiing in the winter. You may also catch him hiking the trails or fly fishing the rivers in the white mountains of New Hampshire with his Whippet dog Sammy.
Jason received his BS degree from Bentley University, enjoying studies in finance and economics. In 1998 Jason followed his father into the family practice. Jason’s passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals has led him to become partner in the firm. Today, Jason is the firm's leading expert in the design and management of ERISA company retirement plans and business planning strategies. For three years in a row Jason has received the “Top Financial Advisers, FT 401 Rankings” by the Financial Times*.
Jason has taken courses in financial planning for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification at Merrimack College. Providing expertise in company retirement plans, Jason attended the College for Financial Planning and attained the Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM designation. In addition, Jason attended the American College and completed the advanced financial planning designation Chartered Financial Consultant®. He also has attained the AIF®(Accredited Investment Fiduciary) credential, providing expertise in fiduciary money management. Jason also became a member of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and earned his RFC designation. As well as acquired the industry registrations, designations, and appointments through Commonwealth Financial Network, Member FINRA/SIPC a Registered Investment Adviser.

Michael L. Klonsky, CFP®, AIF®
Michael Klonsky is from New York and now lives North of Boston with his wife Toni and his two children Will and Grace. Michael loves supporting his kids on the side line of their sports games.
Michael himself is very active in his everyday life and within his community. This year Michael participated in a swimming competition called Peaks to Portland which raises money to allow children from low income families to participate in enriching programs that the YMCA offers.
Klonsky dedicated his 2012–2013 triathlon season to raise money for the Massachusetts General Hospital's Cancer Center. Mike is past president of the Massachusetts chapter of the Lymphoma Research Foundation; and was recognized as a 2010 Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center honoree for being one of the 100 individuals whose diligence, philanthropy, and passion have helped advance the fight against cancer. Mike is training to swim the English Channel in August 2019 to continue his fund raising for the Mass General Cancer Center and to help fight hunger for kids in the United States.
Michael is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designee with more than 20 years of experience working with individuals, families, business owners, and professionals. He has the experience and professional credentials to guide you to a financial investment plan customized to your needs. He believes that the most effective planning happens in a three-step progression:

Lisa Richard, RP®
Manager of Client Services
Lisa Richard is from North Attleboro Massachusetts and has lived in Peabody for the past 20 years raising her family. Lisa’s two boys are at the center of her life, she always supporting them at their sports games and volunteering at their schools. As a family on Sundays the Richard’s can be found gathered around the TV loudly cheering on the Patriots. All of the passion that Lisa has in her everyday life is carried over to her work at New England Wealth Management.
Lisa graduated from Bridgewater State University with a degree in Finance and a Minor in Economics. She also has credentials from The College for Financial Planning; which are FPQP- Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional.
Lisa has been with the firm for more than six years and has quickly become an instrumental piece of the Client Services team. She has experience assisting the Private Wealth Management team in financial plan preparation and portfolio reporting and has increased her role in assisting the ERISA Retirement Plan team.
Kristen McDonald is from Everett Massachusetts. Kristen and her husband Steve, moved to Peabody to raise their three kids. They often enjoy traveling as a family, however, their favorite place to go is the most magical place on earth, Disney. Kristen is actively involved in the community and volunteers at her church teaching religious education. She also can be found enjoying all of the nature that New England has to offer, whether it be camping with her family or walking trails with her dog Cooper.
Kristen came aboard the firm in November 2015. She has several years of experience in the mutual fund industry, working as an executive assistant in support of a team of international and domestic senior portfolio managers. Kristen’s role at the firm is to support the ERISA Retirement Plan and Wealth Management teams.
Joe Digregorio is from Millbrook, New York and relocated to Massachusetts after he graduated so he could continue his career at New England Wealth Management. Joe attended Endicott College and majored in Finance and graduated in the spring of 2018. Currently, he lives in Salem, Massachusetts close to many of his friends from college. Although controversial in the New England area, Joe is a big fan of the Jets and Yankees sports teams. When not in the office Joe spends his free time playing pick-up basketball, watching sports and going into Boston with his friends.
Joe recently passed his series 7 and series 66 exam with his goal in mind to obtain the CFP® certification and become a fully licensed and accredited financial advisor.
